There are many glass beveling machine grinding mechanisms, we must choose some main items when choosing, the following mainly introduces the selection requirements for diagonal positioning device, gear box, support frame, conveying guide rail and guide rail beam, grinding wheel and motor skateboard.
(1) Diagonal positioning device.
The cylinder of the diagonal positioning device must be strong, the brand name should be reliable, and the structure is reasonable and easy to adjust. Otherwise, the service life is short, adjustment is difficult, and positioning is inaccurate.
(2) Gear box.
1. The gearbox must have sufficient thickness. Because the synchronous belt wheel is installed on the gear box, there is not enough thickness. Under the long-term working conditions, the synchronous belt wheel is easily pulled by the synchronous belt to cause the gear box to deform. Once the gear box is deformed, it will cause poor contact of the bevel gear; early wear ， And it will cause premature bearing damage, so that the whole machine does not work well, or even cannot work.
2. The gearboxes are mostly driven by bevel gears (bevel gears). The forces on this gear are axial, radial and normal. In order to save costs, some manufacturers use a deep groove ball bearing, which is extremely wrong. Because deep groove ball bearings can only bear radial forces, such bearings will cause premature bearing wear, increased clearance, unstable gear transmission, and increased noise, making it impossible to work. The correct design is to use a pair of tapered roller bearings, so that the design is reasonable.
